These terms govern access to Atherton, a multi-vendor marketplace. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the version that applies. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. Roles include shopper, merchant, partner, customer support, and Super Admin. Each role only sees the areas the platform grants that role.

Email verification is required before checkout. We may block, lock, or delete accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Atherton lists products from independent sellers. We are not the seller of record for those listings unless a listing clearly says otherwise.

Checkout splits a mixed cart into one order per store. Order status, shipment details, and store policies can therefore differ across items paid for in the same session.

Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD). A guest cart is stored on your device; placing an order requires a signed-in, verified account, a saved shipping address, and an enabled payment method.

Payment is captured according to the method you select. There is no guest order lookup. You must sign in to view history. Frozen orders cannot be processed or shipped until released by an authorized admin.

Sellers create shipments after payment. Delivery windows are estimates and depend on the seller, carrier, and destination. See the Shipping page for the current delivery guidance.

Return and refund requests are handled through support tickets. Sellers cannot mark an order as refunded. Platform admins may change order status to refunded after review. See the Returns page.

Merchants must complete identity verification and obtain store approval before selling. Catalog, fulfillment, and wallet withdrawals may stay gated until those checks pass.

Sellers must have sufficient wallet balance to cover shipping cost before creating a shipment. Locked or rejected stores cannot continue normal selling until an admin changes the status.

Do not list prohibited goods, misrepresent products, abuse tickets, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users. We may remove listings and restrict accounts.

The marketplace is provided as-is. Atherton does not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free listings, or that every seller will ship on a given date.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from purchases between you and a seller, except where we cannot exclude that liability.
