Account data: name, email, password (stored hashed), role, and optional profile photo. Merchants also submit identity verification documents, employment and financial-range answers used only for KYC risk review, and store profile details.

Order data: cart contents at checkout, shipping address, payment method identifier, order and shipment records, and wallet activity for merchants (deposits, withdrawals, shipping fees).

Support data: ticket subject, message thread, and any order or store IDs you attach. We do not operate live chat or push notifications in this product.

Device data: a guest cart in your browser storage, authentication cookies, a theme preference, and a cookie that remembers your chosen language.

We use this data to authenticate you, place and fulfill orders, review KYC and stores, operate wallets, handle tickets, and keep the service secure.

Partners (admin users) only see merchants, stores, and orders in their referral network. Customer support agents can view tickets assigned by their permissions. Super Admins have platform-wide access needed to operate the marketplace.

Sellers receive the shipping address and order lines needed to fulfill your purchase. Payment providers receive the payment details required to process the charge you selected.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the platform and other users.
