How selling works
Four steps from sign-up to first shipment. Complete them in order. Skipping verification blocks catalog and payouts.

Register as a merchant
Use merchant sign-up. If a partner shared a referral link, keep the ref code in the URL so your store stays in their network.

Verify your identity
Upload KYC from the merchant dashboard. Wholesale import and withdrawals stay gated until verification is approved.

Create your store
Once identity is approved, create the store. It stays pending until a Super Admin (or your referring partner) activates it.

List, fulfill, get paid
Add products or import from wholesale. After payment, ship from the dashboard. Shipping cost is deducted from your wallet, so deposit funds first if the balance is short.
Verification before selling
A pending or rejected store cannot sell. You will see a waiting screen until status is active. If a store is locked later, browsing of your listings is restricted and catalog mutations are blocked until an admin unlocks it.
Wallet, not commission charts
This dashboard does not show referral commissions or earnings estimates. Payouts follow wallet deposits, order completion, and admin review of withdrawals.
Shipping cost is deducted when you create a shipment.
