Atherton connects shoppers with independent stores. We are not a single warehouse. Each seller lists, ships, and stands behind their own products.
How Atherton works
Browse as a guest. Checkout only after you create an account and verify your email. A mixed cart becomes one order per store, so every shipment stays tied to the seller who fulfilled it.
Merchants complete identity verification and wait for store approval before they can sell. Pending or locked stores stay off the public catalog. Payouts run through a merchant wallet, and shipping cost is deducted when a shipment is created.
Support is ticket-based. There is no live chat, no guest order lookup, and no self-serve refund button. Currency is USD. Typical delivery is 3-7 working days from ship date.
